Michele McDonnell: Experienced Finance Leader, Business Unit CFO, and Corporate Foundation CFO

At MUFG, Michele led the Finance Transformation and Change Management team, heading efforts to streamline processes and create financial models that were simple and maintainable. As the Business Unit CFO for Finance, she managed the financial reporting, forecasting and cost controls for the Finance groups and partnered with senior managers to effectively balance their key priorities with limited funding and targeted KPIs. As the CFO of the Corporate Foundation, Michele worked with colleagues to review grant applications, chaired the audit committee and collaborated with the external accountant and audit firm to ensure accurate financial reporting. 

Michele attended Villanova University and completed a master's degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix. Michele lives in Charles Town, West Virginia with her wife and loves to travel, go on hikes and visit family and friends.
